Attractive Style but Many Quality Issues

I purchased 2 Mandalay patio sets, 2 bistro sets, a dining/game table set, a flower box, and a porch swing. The style is nice, they are easy to assemble and sturdy. However, there were many quality issues. The tubular steel frame on the backs of both benches from the two setee groups were split open and there were significant and obvious dents in the components of many of the chairs (mostly the backs). This style is made in China and sold by Epatio through Amazon. The source of the damage looked to be both from shipping and poorly protected edges but many of the dents were clearly done during the manufacturing operation, painted over and packaged that way. Amazon/Epatio was really good about sending replacement parts although one of the replacement bench backs they sent was also dented plus they sent a wrong component. When I followed up they, again, responded promptly and sent good replacements in well protected packages. I give high marks for customer service, high marks for style and design, but low marks on quality. If you decide to order any of furniture in this Mandalay design be prepared to either accept some quality defects or shipping damage or realize you'll be requesting replacement parts.

Cute Bistro Set!

Exactly what I was looking for. Looks nice. Easy to assemble. Holds up in the weather.I chose this product over some others because it held up to 300 pounds so everyone could sit on them. Plus I thought would hold up better!Very comfortable with rounded front.

Happy so far!

Came quickly - within a week I believe, but UPS had to leave a sticker for me to sign to redeliver the next day because I'm not home during the day. He left it next day - it comes in two boxes. Everything was wrapped well and it took me less than an hour to put it together. My biggest challange was finding cushions. You have to have regular full size outdoor cushions - I think I measured 18 x 20. Got 2 for 1 at Kohl's for $29. It looks beautiful, love it on my deck and hope to get plenty of years out of it. There was one tiny sharp metal edge which I filed down with a nail file :) that's all the problem I had.Have a picture, but I couldn't figure how to get it on here.
